How To Prepare

Measure Kava
- Place into a strainer bag:
- Light: 2 tbsp (20g)
- Medium: 4 tbsp (40g)
- Strong: 6 tbsp (60g)

Add Water
- Submerge in clean water:
- Light: 500mL
- Medium: 1L
- Strong: 1.5L

Knead Well
- Gently squeeze for 3-5 minutes until the water turns a rich brown colour.

Serve Fresh
- Pour into a cup or bilo (100-150ml per serving).

After Use
- Discard used kava and rinse all equipment.
Guide: 1 tbsp kava : 250ml water
